Doctor
To sign doctor, take your strong hand, curve it, and touch it to the inner wrist of your non-dominant hand, like you are taking a pulse. An alternative ASL sign for doctor is to form a letter 'D' with your dominant hand, then touch it to the inner wrist of your non-dominant hand.
Rarely, doctor is mistaken for again, because of the same curved, dominant hand touching the non-dominant hand. The important distinction is, while you touch your inner wrist with the dominant hand for doctor, you touch the inside of your palm with your curved hand for again.
SIGN USAGE
Introduce your baby to your pediatrician with the doctor sign. Most pediatricians know a bit of Baby Sign Language (or are keen to learn) and are happy to make the sign back.

I’m not sure why Patricia is “upset” about the wonderful and free resources this site provides, but I’m quite happy. Thank you!
I’m sorry but im blind and need the picture LARGER. We know what a doctor looks like we don’t know how to sign doctor, and thats why we are on the site looking for. I’m upset I still don’t feel educated enough on how to sign doctor cause yall are to busy showing me a picture of a doctor. Hope yall fix this so we can clearly see what the fingers are showing us.
