To sign refrigerator, first sign cold, then make the form of a tall rectangle with your open, flat hands. Starting from the top of your head, make your flat hands go out sideways, then down on either side.

Teach your baby the refrigerator sign when you are getting some food item from there, or when you are putting something in. This will teach your baby to make the sign each time he wants you to feed him something that's already in the fridge.
