To sign restaurant, form the ASL letter R sign with your dominant hand. Then use your 'R' hand to simulate wiping down the far side of the corner of your mouth while not touching your face, then repeating this on the nearer corner of your mouth. It's as if you are wiping the corners of your mouth with your napkin, after a scrumptious meal!
