Shy
To sign shy, your dominant hand slides - with fingers bent together and palm facing outward - from the ear to the mouth, as if shyly trying to cover your face.
SIGN USAGE
We use shy when we introduce our kids to a variety of personality traits. Remember to be careful about the way we describe our kid's own traits and the traits of others.
