Wash
The wash sign is generally made by making the dominant hand into a fist, keeping the non-dominant hand flat, with palm facing up, while the dominant hand makes counter-clockwise circles on the palm.
If you want to sign wash hands, then you form both hands into fists and rub them against each other in alternative circular movements.

May I ask for the sign for “washing machine”?

ASL for “washing machine” looks like the agitator on a washing machine. You take your two hands, fingers pointing toward each other, and twist them back and forth. (It also kind of looks like twisting the cap off a big bottle or jar, with your hands facing each other at an angle, your dominant hand at the top, and your non-dominant hand holding the base of the imaginary jar.)
