Big
To sign big, start with your hands open and parallel out in front of your body. Move the two hands apart. I remember this sign because it looks a bit like you are saying, "I caught a fish, and it was this big."
SIGN USAGE
Use the big and small signs together to make a game. Show your baby a picture of something big, then a picture of a small version of the same thing. As she advances, ask her to tell you if something is big or small.

Flash Card
Contrast signs are very important in equipping your baby to communicate compound concepts. Teach big and small using similar objects or portions to provide visual cues.
