Balloon
The balloon sign starts with your two fists together in succession, in front of your mouth. Remember to also make the blowing sign with your mouth and cheeks, while you open up your hands and move your hands apart, as if you have an expanding balloon in your hands as you blow into it.
SIGN USAGE
Balloons are a perennially popular toy with babies. As you play with a balloon, pair it with the sign. With more advanced children, balloon is a good sign to combine with colors. For example, a blue balloon, green balloon, or a red balloon.

Flash Card
We love to teach this sign the first time we show our baby a helium balloon. Please remember that latex balloons present a choking hazard. Be extra careful.
