Buy

The buy sign resembles the money sign, but with the added gesture of handing over your money to someone else. Form a modified letter O sign with your dominant hand, holding it above your non-dominant flat hand's palm facing up, then gesture forward with your dominant 'O' hand, as if handing the cashier your money to conclude a purchase.

SIGN USAGE

Teach your toddler the buy sign in preparation for a trip to the store or supermarket, especially if you have already begun to teach your child about money basics and mindful purchases. It is never too early to teach your toddler how to be responsible about money, so having some play money or a play store at home is a great way to get them started.
