Carnival
To sign carnival or fair, form both hands into a modified number 3 sign, where the thumb, index, and middle fingers on each hand are bent. Then have your hands take turns rolling in front of you, like the ferris wheel in motion in a carnival or fair.
SIGN USAGE
Teach your baby or toddler the carnival sign in anticipation of the actual event, or when you see it in your child's picture book or cartoons.
