Idea
To sign idea, first form the letter I sign with your dominant hand. Then touch the tip of your pinkie finger to your forehead before you lift your 'I' hand diagonally upward, away from your head. It is like an idea has been released from your mind.
SIGN USAGE
Teach your toddler the idea sign when they have a creative or interesting idea that you can see coming to life through their game, like Lego or blocks, or through their artwork and crafts. "Hey, that's a great idea! That's so nice!"
