Jogging is a natural sign. Hold your hands in fists, your arms bent at the elbows as you swing them alternately, as if you were really jogging.
Teach your toddler the jogging sign when they see folks jogging in the park for the first time, or when they see you jogging on your treadmill at home.
Teach your toddler this sign in conjunction with the flash cards for other types of exercise and sports. Kids usually have enough energy to have them bouncing off the walls, so it is a great idea to incorporate some parent-and-child bonding time either jogging, biking, or playing catch in the park.
