Naughty is signed just like bad: it starts with your flat, open dominant hand facing you and touching your chin. Then move your hand away from your face, flipping it so it ends up with your palm facing forward.

SIGN USAGE

While naughty and bad have the same hand sign, naughty sometimes has a lighter, less serious connotation, and we can even sign naughty and laugh at the same time, when our babies or toddlers do something funny that isn't exactly at their best behavior, like drawing all over their faces with color markers, or slathering their sibling's face with peanut butter to mimic Mommy's nightly beauty mask routine. So be sure to use the proper facial expression and tone of voice when you say and sign naughty or bad, so that your child can begin to understand connotations as well as hand signs.
