Question is a natural sign. Simply take your index finger and trace a big question mark in the air in front of you.
Teach your advanced toddler the question sign when he or she is already able to string various signs together as you sign a whole sentence, and you punctuate it interrogatively. That way, they'll know you are asking them a question and not making a declarative statement. Remember to still inflect your voice and use the proper facial expressions when asking the question.
This is a useful flash card taught best in conjunction with common question words that will encourage your child to think, imagine, and come up with answers.
