Tissue
To sign tissue or Kleenex, we combine the sign for cold (which looks like blowing our runny nose) with the sign for paper (which is done by placing our non-dominant hand's palm up and touching it with our flat and perpendicularly directed dominant hand a few times).
SIGN USAGE
We use tissue when our baby has a runny nose or a dirty face. This sign is helpful when teaching our toddlers to bring a tissue so we can clean their little faces.

Flash Card
The sign for tissue is most suitable for toddlers. As they gain their independence, we can ask them to help us by bringing a tissue to clean their nose or face.
