Tube is an iconic sign. To sign tube, form the ASL letter F sign with both hands. After aligning the 'O' parts of both hands as the dominant is placed above the non-dominant hand, pull the top hand up such that a tube is visually represented.
This sign represents a vertical tube of medium size, but watch the video below for variants to the tube sign depending on its size, shape, and placement.
Teach your baby or toddler the tube sign in context: whether they are taking a dip and need a swimming tube or float, or needing a paper, glass, or plastic tube for school-related arts and crafts or Science lab.
Teach your toddler this sign along with the other flash cards pertinent to the tube in context.
