Undress
Undress is signed in two steps. First, make the sign for clothes by brushing your two open hands down either side of your chest. Then close your open hands into fists with either thumb sticking out. Flick one thumb up and out to one side, and repeat the movement on the other hand, as if suggesting that you are tossing the clothes you are wearing to the side.
SIGN USAGE
Teach your baby or toddler the undress sign to signal that it is time for them to get undressed, whether after a buys activity outdoors and before bath time, or while getting ready for bed time.
