To sign wrestler, first open both hands and spread all fingers apart, then bring your hands together by interlocking all fingers, and pivot both back and forth in unison. This is the sign for wrestle. Finish off by signing the person or agent marker, holding both flat, open hands in front of your body with palms facing each other, then sliding both parallel hands downward.
Wrestler/wrestle is signed a bit like football, or it can even be confused for machine, so be careful to note the differences among these signs.
Teach your child the wrestler sign in the context of watching wrestling on TV, seeing it in a story book, or taking your child to the actual kiddie wrestling classes of their older brothers.
This is a useful flash card taught best in conjunction with real-life experience, or when teaching the other sports flash cards.
