To sign smell, your dominant hand is placed with a flat hand and thumb pointing up in front of your nose. Move your hand toward your nose, as if fanning a fragrance.
There is no better adventure for your baby than discovering their five senses. We teach our babies to sign smell in association to flowers, foods, and even perfumes.
Use the smell flash card when helping your baby learn to explore their senses. We like to do it by allowing our babies to smell different foods.
