The sign for warm is super useful during the the toddler years. We use it to equip our baby to convey discomfort when the car seat gets too warm, or to help him or her communicate appropriate levels of comfort when taking a bath.
When teaching contrast signs, make sure your baby is learning through comparison. So be sure to teach warm along with cool, hot, and cold.
